ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching is a specialized intervention focusing on strengthening executive functioning skills which are developmentally delayed up to 30% for people with ADHD. These include self-awareness, problem solving, motivation, impulsivity, memory, emotional regulation.

Some areas this can often significantly impact include: planning, time management, goal setting, organization, and problem-solving. ADHD coaching employs an Executive Framework program to address barriers hindering success and unlock strengths for improved focus.

Difference between ADHD coaching and therapy: While therapists focus on healing and resolving challenges, ADHD coaches help identify obstacles and provide clarity to strengthen renewed opportunities without delving into the 'why'.
